Career aspirations

The career steps I have been taking are absolutely identical to practically all other LPC students searching for the right training contract. I’ve been ploughing through the Training Contract and Pupillages Handbook and looking at firm websites to try and establish firstly that they are right for me and secondly that I am right for them.
Very early on in my search I realised that I am not suited to huge multinational corporate firms. It is not my achievements or my knowledge that make me unsuitable – my grasp of agency and connected lender liability is a good as the next guy’s – it’s my extra curricularctivities aand my general career aspirations which i feel set me apart.
