Spotify
By Sarah. Filed in Uncategorized |If there is a band wagon to jump on i do endeavour to jump on it. I think I’ve missed the whole Twitter train, plus I hardly ever check this or Facebook so what is the likelihood of me being diligent with that but Spotify was something i think could be really useful.
When i was signing up and downloading it I was surprised because it looked different, like nothing that had come before. Then i opened the actual program and i find that it is virtually identical to iTunes. Why is it that technology is hardly ever truly innovative but just variation on the apple theme. Do we believe that a little music player is the pinnacle of human invention. So the way it looks isn’t very creative.
There is an awful lot of music on there, I did a few searches for some really obscure things and i couldn’t get the better of it and the adverts aren’t too annoying. I think it’s the sort of thing that i would get used to but by far the best thing is that you can cue tracks up which has always annoyed me about iTunes, it seems to be such an obvious feature.
The question really is would i pay £9.99 a month for ad-less access when i can’t put it on to my iPod and take it where ever I want?
